Markets

In Begur, as it is a small village with deep-rooted customs, the weekly market is an important part of the village commerce, as there usually local people meets every Wednesday morning. On the other side, in the summer season Begur commercial activity increases with the arrival of tourism and good weather, as more stands can be found in the weekly market, and painting and art crafts fairs are organized, too, and fill the afternoons during different days of the week, and so other smaller market on the beaches.

Fira Alimentació

Fira de Nadal

Celebration: 3, 4 and 5 December. Location: Plaza Cruañas Esteva and C. Ventura Sabater, Church Square, Town Square Plaza and Comas and Ros.

Fira del Mar i fira botiga al carrer

Be held on May 1 throughout the day. Location: Church Square and St. Peter Street.

Fira Pintura

Be held on Friday 15 June to 15 September. Location: Church Square and Town Square.

Fira Rebaixes

Celebration: Sept. 11 Location: the center of town all day.

Fira Sant Pere

Be held on Saturday, as when St. Peter. Location: Church Square, C. St. Peter's Square and Pella i Forgas

Fires d'artesania

Only July and August.
On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at Plaça de l'Esglesia (Church Square) and Plaça de la Vila (Main Square).
On Saturdays on Sa Riera beach
